Formed in 2011 by Romay, AR8 Collexion is an Live Dubstep, Drum&Bass, Breaks, Asian Fusion Band. It is a collection of solo artists who have separate musical influences but also share a similar vision bringing life to AR8 Collexion.

The Truth (Urban Rap Artist)
Sam Shoukry (Drums)
Sam-E (Synthesisers)

With lead member "Romay" producing the music for the band, the delightful vocals of "Rita Morar", the vocal groove-master they call "The Truth", topped off the mesmerising drumming of "Sam Shoukry", AR8 Collexion seem to be bringing something new, different and vibrant to the UK dance Scene.

Bass pumping, vocally vibrant, crowd pleasing music is what you'll hear when you see them perform.

With recent performances at BBC Maida Vale and London Royal Festival Hall, AR8 Collexion are quickly making their mark as a premier Dance band.

Rita Morar:

Based in London UK, Rita Morar is a singer / songwriter who specialises in Hindi and English vocals for live performances and session recording.
Since a very young age, music has always been an important aspect of Rita’'s life.Whether it be devotional singing, playing the harmonium or having a great interest in a fusion of music from Bollywood to Electronica, Rita continues to strive for a greater understanding in music.

THE TRUTH:

The Truth, a UK born Asian Rapper, first got into the scene at the age of 13-14 through idolising the underground urban market and artists alike. From hosting college Radio shows, to setting local pirate stations alight with freestyles and battles, The Truth slowly built a reputation that put him on stages alongside artists such as Donaeo and Lady Sovereign who were only just beginning their musical journey as well.
The Truth became part of a four man MC group that served to further his thirst for stardom even more by taking his music to the next level. From recording in a computer room to lacing his imperious vocals in a fully equipped studio in the heart of London, The Truth saw progression that could be built upon, however only with the sacrifice of leaving the group and becoming a solo artist alongside the producer of the group Bobby Wonda.
From his debut single, Kya Karoon (2010), to his follow up release, Sharabi (2010) and numerous features, The Truth captivated the Asian Music Industry. Having been playlisted on the BBC Asian Network and all other Asian Media channels, The Truth has performed with his live band at prestigious venues such as Wembley Stadium (2010), BBC Maida Vale (2011), Glastonbury (2011), Hammersmith Apollo (2011). This success has also led to The Truth being playlisted on BBC Radio 1 being spun by top DJ's, Nick Grimshaw, Annie Mac, Fern Cotton and more, as well as winning Best Urban Asian Act at Brit Asia TV Awards 2011.

SAM SHOUKRY (SHOCKY):

The guy who adds the beats to band.
After graduating from DrumTech (Tech music Schools) Sam has recorded and toured extensively with artists an bands such as Conor Owen and Hold Tight across the UK and throughout Europe.
His Drumming has been wowed upon many times when he plays his definitive drum rolls and complex beats. A real core sound to the band and always delivers an unforgettable performance.
A keen engineer/producer also, Sam is currently working with Charlotte Moore on her debut album.

SAM-E:

An up and coming producer and the 2nd synth player in the band. Has produced and remixed music for many artists in the asian industry for the last 2 years.
Signed to Acoustic Science Records, look out for SAM-E and his debut EP coming later year.
